WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., November 5, 2026. Eudēmonia, the longevity and wellness gathering, opens today across 15 venues in downtown West Palm Beach and runs through Sunday, November 8. What began as a summit now takes over the city for four days of learning, recovery and live music.
More than 120 experts on longevity, sleep, hormones, brain health, nutrition and performance will give over 200 talks. The lineup includes Tom Brady, Andrew Huberman, Elle Macpherson, Kelly Slater, Gary Brecka, Rich Roll and Max Lugavere, with many signing books on the expo floor.
The EXPOSŌME health expo now fills more than 100,000 square feet of the Palm Beach County Convention Center, with more than 120 brands, three stages, more than 60 talks, pop-up pickleball, an Epicurean Hall of clean food and a gift bag with every pass. Guests can try up to 300 treatments on the spot.
Two nights move the festival outdoors. On Friday, Run the Night is a sunset 5K along the Intracoastal that ends at Meyer Amphitheater with a set from Grammy-nominated duo SOFI TUKKER. On Saturday, Wilderado opens for The Head and the Heart, playing live on the water.
The festival grew from 2,750 attendees in 2024 to 5,000 in 2025. This year it adds a free health study with VOLO Health, measuring what one weekend does to bloodwork, sleep and recovery, and ACE, a practitioner immersion with OvationLab for clinicians.

Run the Night with SOFI TUKKER.
A 5K along the West Palm Beach Intracoastal as the sun goes down. Run it or walk it, nobody's timing you. The course loops back to Meyer Amphitheater for clean food, juices and mocktails, then the Grammy-nominated duo SOFI TUKKER takes the stage, with Mango & Ginger opening.

Bring a blanket. Wilderado opens with a full hour, then The Head and the Heart play a ninety-minute set at Meyer Amphitheater. Clean festival food, mocktails and a full bar. Open to all ages, and kids five and under get in free.
